Meet Dan & Jenni

Hi friends! We are Dan and Jenni Innarella and we are the founders and operators of Real Estate Warehouse!
Our company strives to make every client feel important, putting customers first and guiding every transaction to maximize the benefits for those we serve. We specialize in helping distressed homeowners sell their properties, eliminate the financial burdens they face, and get them on their way to creating a better future for themselves and their families. We also help buyers and investors find properties that meet their requirements and maximizes their return on investment. And we work with private investors helping them generate better than market rate returns, backed by secure, performing assets, without having to own, run, or manage a single property.
We know that there is no one single solution for everyone, that is why we offer multiple programs to all our clients, so they can choose the program that best fulfills their goals.

How We Started

Our deep passion for real estate started in 2015 when we purchased our first investment property. It was a single-family house that we bought from a distressed seller. We renovated it and sold it via lease option to an extremely sweet family of 4 who could not qualify for mortgage financing. What we realized after we sold the property is that everyone involved in the purchase and sale of the house came out a winner. The sellers avoided being foreclosed on, the buyers were able to buy a house they otherwise did not qualify for, and we made a mid-range 5 figure profit. Win! Win! Win! To see the relief, joy, and smiles on the faces of the buyers and sellers was something we could not unsee, so we made it our quest to help other buyers and sellers in the same way.

To date we have closed over 50 transactions totaling nearly $5M in sales. We also own several residential and mixed-use commercial properties and are active private investors as well.

How We Got Here

Dan is a former corporate CFO and has 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and accounting, small business financial consulting, program management, resource management, and real estate portfolio management. He holds a Master’s degree in Business, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Binghamton University, Binghamton, New York.

Jenni is a former property manager for a major east coast management company and has experience in leasing, maintenance coordination, long-range business planning and budgeting, capital improvements, and cash management. She holds Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the State University of New York at Cortland, Cortland, New York.

We are a faith filled family with a strong sense of community. Our love and service to the Father extends to those we serve because our focus and the focus of our business is to bless all those we serve. Our quest is to create winning solutions that allow buyers, sellers, and investors to maximize their returns and build a better future for themselves and their families.
