We are experts in locating and connecting with homeowners in need of selling their homes fast, and most times for discounted cash prices. We source our leads from vetted qualified lists, as well as word of mouth referrals. Just note, we take offers on a first come, first served basis, and buyers purchasing with cash are preferred. Should there be multiple offers on the same property we will contact each interested party and request a best and final offer. While we do prefer buyers paying with all cash, we will, and do accept bank financing as well. However, in the case of bank financing, the buyer must already be pre-qualified, and pre-approved and have documentation from a reputable, preferably local, financial institution stating such. If you are interested in purchasing one of our properties and in need of financing, let us know, and we can connect you with the lenders we typically have the most success working with.
Our fees are already calculated in the list price you see on our website. We do not charge any additional fees. We do however ask that you put an earnest money deposit down to secure the property, and at closing you will be responsible for your own legal fees.
